Sue Rigler - CEO

Sue is our chief visionary, cheerleader, cup-is-half-full leader. Her "let's do it all right now approach" invigorates the team which is balanced by the "chart makers" and investigators in the office. Sue is the proverbial renaissance woman, having served as scientist (published in the Journal of Neuroscience), graphic artist, account executive, secretary, medical transcriber, CEO, triathlete, and mom of four kids. Let's just say juggling is second nature to Sue.

Sue's passion for the environment sparked the launch of Your Promo Place, an eco-conscious promotional products company, out of which Advinylize was developed in 2007 to keep billboard vinyls out of landfills through the creation of reusable, durable bags.

Whether it be the Friends Together or the Family-to-Family programs she created in 2000 and 1999, respectively, or the $6,000 her spin class raised for Haiti, or the 490 mile bike ride from SF to LA to promote sustainable business practices, Sue's heart is wherever there is a worthy cause.

Sue's energetic spirit, enthusiasm and knack for surrounding herself with quality people lead her to the "perfect team". She's eternally grateful for Diane, Morgan, Alyssa and Caitlyn who keep her on task and on track. Without them...well, there is no "without them".

Best advice you ever received: "Don't sign your kids up for sports when they are 4 years old."
Who inspires you most: Mother Teresa, one by one by one.
What activities make you lose track of time: Spending time on the computer and working out.
Do you have any hidden talents: I am a triathlete...Ironman 2011?
What three things can't you live without: People (family/friends) God's grace and running shoes.

Diane Cimine - Marketing and PR Consultant

Cimine_Yoga_head_shotDiane feels oh-so-lucky to have chosen fire pit beers over fine dining that auspicious night in Phoenix when she and Sue first connected. Clearly separated at birth, Diane is yin to Sue's yang (or is it vice versa?) All that's clear is a lot gets done when their heads are put together as they push and probe each other to ever higher places.

Diane serves as Advinylize's East Coast spin mister and chart maker extraordinaire, orchestrating the company's burgeoning growth via compelling communications, smart strategies and rah-rah-rah outreach to prospects and press alike.

Diane brings a 360 degree view to the table, having held management positions at agency (Saatchi & Saatchi), brand (American Express, Philip Morris) and media (OAAA) organizations, both stateside and across the pond.

Best advice ever received: When I was a little girl, my dad would tell me: 'Diane, your big mouth is going to get you into trouble". Dad knew best.
Who inspires you most?: Any person who triumphs over impossible odds with passion, patience and persistence
What activities make you lose track of time?: Shooting pictures, practicing yoga, working the social media haze, organizing stuff
Do you have any hidden talents?: I'm a 500 hr RYT who has been privileged to teach yoga at Gilda's Club NYC for the last 8 years and am also an exercise specialist for Lance Armstrong's Cancer Transitions program.
What three things can't you live without?: Sunshine, the great outdoors and exercise – without which I'm a grumpy mess

Morgan Davis - Account Executive

Morgan-HeadshotMorgan became a part of the AdVinylize team after comparing notes with AdVinylize Owner, Sue Rigler, on the numerous "green" events and conferences they had both attended without ever meeting! After finally crossing paths, Sue and Morgan immediately began collaborating on how to grow AdVinylize. Morgan is passionate about all things eco and has been up to her ears in promoting, selling and merchandising eco clothing lines, skincare lines, cookware and a number of other green lifestyle products since she moved to Los Angeles in 2008.

Best advice ever received: Take one thing at a time... if you get overwhelmed make a list. Just checking off one thing will put your mind to ease.
Who inspires you most?:  People that look on the bright side no matter their physical, mental or social situation. It's probably the biggest reality check when I travel to third world countries and see kids with the biggest smiles on their faces and have next to nothing.
What activities make you lose track of time?: ORGANIZING!!! Working Out, talking with girlfriends, google-ing random things.
Do you have any hidden talents?: Hmmm can't think of any at the moment...
What three things can't you live without?: My husband, my family, my iPhone
What is your favorite quote?: "Talk Nerdy to Me" – makes me laugh every time I write it or say it!

Alyssa Aoki - Social Media and Public Relations Assistant

Alyssa is a student at Chapman University in Orange, CA, pursuing a degree in Public Relations and Advertising. She is president of Chapman Ad Club, and was part of the nationally winning student ad agency there. She is also captain of her college sailing team, and has been sailing since the age of 10.

Alyssa first met Sue at a Chapman Ad Club meeting, and then went on to produce a promotional video for AdVinylize. The rest, as they say, is history.

Best advice ever received: Don't Settle; work hard; play harder.
Who inspires you most?: Those who actively pursue their creative dreams, even when others advise against it.
What activities make you lose track of time?: Sailing, reading, and being with friends.
Do you have any hidden talents?: Does playing the piano count? Sailing? Playing the piano while sailing?
What three things can't you live without?: Music, coffee, and the beach.
What is your favorite quote?: "The Messiah will only come when he is no longer needed." --Franz Kafka

Caitlyn Huttinger - Promotional Events Intern

Caitlyn is going to be a senior at the University of Arizona this upcoming year. This eager Wildcat was not swayed by the fact that her future employer was her arch nemesis, the Arizona State Sun Devil. In fact, this combination makes an extremely solid team.

When Caitlyn first learned about AdVinylize, she was very impressed by the eco-friendly yet fashion forward idea. She could not wait to dive right in and learn everything she could.

Caitlyn is a very loyal intern and is actively involved in all factions of the business to assist her new boss. Besides helping around the office and doing day to day needed projects, Caitlyn is helping create our CRM tool to keep all of our lovely clients organized. She hopes to discover her own strengths this summer while contributing to the growth of the company.

Best advice ever received: "Work hard, play harder" –My mother
Who inspires you most?: I am inspired by the children from 2nd and 3rd world countries that live in the poorest conditions but still somehow manage to smile and be incredibly happy every day. We can learn a lot from them.
What activities make you lose track of time?: Lounging at the beach, playing any kind of sport from soccer to wake boarding, road trips with friends, reading a good book.
Do you have any hidden talents?: I'm really really ridiculously good looking..... and I am a certified scuba diver.
What three things can't you live without?: My family, music, and travelling
What is your favorite quote?: "There is no next time. It is now or never"
